At DL Organic Store, we take pride in offering handmade products made with natural ingredients for general wellness purposes.

Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict return and refund policy:

Returns

  • Returns are only accepted if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition.

  • If the product has been opened or used, returns will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Refunds

  • Refunds will only be processed after the returned product is received and inspected.

  • If approved, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Product

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (images/video).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products

  • Products damaged due to misuse

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions.
